On Friday & Saturday it is one of Louisville's best-kept culinary secrets: Persian Cuisine meals of grilled vegetables, skewered meats (either chicken, beef tenderloin, or my personal favorite, a spiced ground beef) and Saffron basmati rice sprinkled with powdered sumac -- not to mention the fried eggplant, a mint-and-sour-cream spread called kask-o- bademjan, and the complimentary plate of fresh herbs with feta cheese. It all makes for superb dining, the equal of any Middle Eastern cooking Louisville has ever experienced. In one word, fantastic!
